Development Projects

An Invitation to Invest

These projects represent opportunities to participate in the on-going development and redevelopment of

Boston, a vibrant center of the county’s intellectual, medical, and financial institutions.

Specifically, five opportunities have been described in this brochure, two of them substantial in nature with

appropriate time lines toward their return on investment.

In inviting investors to these projects, it’s our intention to be in total alignment with our mutual goals and to

support those goals with an experienced team of real estate experts, development consultants, architects,

engineers, contractors, and attorneys who have the experience to take projects from “possibility” to

“opportunity” to “reality.”
